Winter on the Gold Coast Just Got Warmer Thanks To Aviary Après Fireside Indulgence
As the sun dips and the temperature drops, Aviary Rooftop Bar transforms into a twilight sanctuary of firelight, flavour and winter charm. From June through August, join us every afternoon from 4PM to 6PM for Aviary Après — our take on the beloved alpine après-ski tradition, reimagined for the Gold Coast’s cooler season. No skis, just scarves.
Step into The Nest, where crackling flames, soft blankets and golden hour skies set the tone for an indulgent evening made for sipping, snacking and slow unwinding. Outdoor live music adds to the experience on Fridays & Saturdays (weather dependant) — setting the tone for a relaxed and memorable evening.

How to Attend
Seating in The Nest is limited and designed for those craving the full Aviary Après experience – blankets, firelight, and all. Bookings are recommended via OpenTable to secure a spot by the flames.
Walk-ins are warmly welcomed. If we can’t seat you fireside, we’ll do our best to find you a cosy perch nearby and keep you just as toasty. The outdoor pop-up bar is open to all guests – indoors or out – so everyone can sip, savour, and gather ‘round the glow.
